Refund policy

Sanabil (SHL Group LLC) sells services: the coordination and completion, by our partners on the ground, of a well, a fruit tree or an Aqiqa in the name you choose. No physical product is shipped to you. There is therefore no “return” of goods: this policy explains in which cases an order can be cancelled or refunded.

1. Cancellation before work begins

You may cancel your order without giving any reason as long as the work has not started, and at the latest within 14 days of your order. Simply write to contact@sanabil7.fr with your order number. A full refund is then issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

2. Once the work has started

By confirming your order, you expressly ask us to start the service without delay. As soon as our partners are mobilised (materials purchased, drilling started, seedlings or animal acquired), the service is being performed and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. No refund is due in that case.

3. Error in your order

Misspelled name, wrong country, wrong option? Write to us within 48 hours of your order: we correct it free of charge as long as the work has not started.

4. If we cannot carry out your service

If, for reasons beyond our control (security, local conditions, administrative restrictions), the service ordered definitively cannot be carried out, we offer you the choice of:

  • an equivalent service (another village, region or country of operation), still in your name;
  • or a full refund of your order.

5. Timelines and adjustments on the ground

Completion times shown on the site are indicative. A delay due to weather, local permits or transport of materials, or a technical adjustment decided on site to preserve the purpose of your order, does not give rise to a refund.

6. Your completion video

You receive the video of your completed project on WhatsApp. If you have not received it within the announced time, contact us and we will send it again. This delivery is a best-efforts obligation, subject to the local conditions described in our Terms of Sale.
