When is the Night of Decree in 2027?
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Seek the Night of Decree in the odd nights of the last ten nights of Ramadan” (al-Bukhari). For Ramadan 2027, expected to begin on 8 February, the odd nights fall on:

The 27th night is the most often cited, but none is certain: that is precisely why it is recommended to live all ten nights with the same intensity.
Its merits
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.”
Quran, Surah al-Qadr (97:3).
A thousand months is more than 83 years. A good deed done that night is worth more than the same deed repeated over a whole lifetime. And whoever spends it in prayer with faith and hope has their past sins forgiven (al-Bukhari, Muslim).

- The dua taught to 'Aishah: “Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbu al-'afwa fa'fu 'anni”, O Allah, You are Forgiving, You love forgiveness, so forgive me (at-Tirmidhi).

- Charity, and preferably a charity that continues.
